Membership Awareness
All members of STM should have received an email from BBTC stating how
to sign up for use of that website. This allows you to post rides, be
part of the yahoo group, use the trail guide, be involved. If you
think you were a member and did not get a notice, or lost it, send an
email to Mark,
fisher_mark@msn.com. The tools are available for increased
involvement with your sport. It's up to you to continue with the
fun. The range of bikers in the group extends all across the state.
Plenty of riding and information available.
Important Message about your Stm MembershipAs you may know, BBTC is giving all current STM members a BBTC membership as we combine forces. Our goal is to make advocacy stronger, develop new places to ride, and increase our trail maintenance efforts. The combining of the groups is just the first step. As an organization we have a lot to do, and look forward to working with you as we get stronger and more effective. All STM members now have a BBTC web account and membership. The following should help you log into our website and take advantage of our website tools, including a work party and rides calendar, and our new Trail Information website. We encourage STM members to post rides, work parties and advocacy information on our website. These tools are easy to use and we can help you if you need a jump start using these tools. If you did not have a BBTC account in the past I created one for you. Log in using your e-mail address, and your last name is your temporary password. If you already had a BBTC account, I did not change anything and just updated your membership information. Once you are logged on to http://bbtc.org you can click the "Edit Your Profile" button on the top left of the home page. If you have any issues with this please e-mail membership@bbtc.org and we will straighten out any issues. We really look forward to the process of growing stronger as a mountain bike community. Please e-mail Justin or Mark if you have comments or suggestions on how we can turbo charge advocacy efforts in your area. Justin Vander Pol, justin@bbtc.org |
